Moez Chakchouk graduated from the Higher School of Communication of Tunis (SUP’COM) in 1998 and received his M.S. in telecommunications from the National Engineering School of Tunis in 2001. In March 2010, Moez was appointed adviser to the minister of ICT. A few weeks after the Tunisian revolution, he was designated chairman and chief executive officer of the Tunisian Internet Agency (ATI), where he decided to look further ahead for the development of the Internet in Tunisia and ended the enterprise’s censorship of the Internet.
