Duncan B. Hollis is James E. Beasley professor of law and the associate dean for academic affairs at the Temple University School of Law. Professor Hollis’s scholarship focuses on treaties and international regulation of cyber threats. He is the editor of The Oxford Guide to Treaties (Oxford University Press, 2012) and National Treaty Law and Practice (Hotei Publishing, 2005) as well as a series of articles on the extent to which international law does (and does not) regulate governance and behaviour in cyberspace. He is a senior team member of METANORM: A Multidisciplinary Approach to the Analysis and. Evaluation of Norms and Models of Governance for Cyberspace, a MIT-led project that is funded by the Minerva Research Initiative. |
