Helena Kolozetti is Research Analyst with the Development Research Division at Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada and is based in Ottawa. Helena is interested in the intersection of information technology, development and international intervention, in particular the privacy implications of development and humanitarian aid. She holds an MA in Social Anthropology from the University of Toronto. |
