Angela McKay is director of cybersecurity policy and strategy in the Global Security Strategy and Diplomacy (GSSD) team at Microsoft. As part of GSSD, she focuses on driving strategic change, both within Microsoft and externally, to advance cyber security and resiliency. McKay leverages her 10+ years of experience to address complex global challenges related to critical infrastructure protection and information assurance across a wide range of topics, including strategic and operational risk management, information sharing, incident response and emergency communications, and software security and integrity. In her current role, McKay leads Microsoft’s cyber security policy work in the U.S., and facilitates international collaboration to improve cyber security globally. McKay holds a Bachelor’s of Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. |
