Joaquin Navas is a Colombian-Canadian independent consultant who has been working in evaluation of ICT for development projects since 2009. He is currently assisting the Munk School of Global Affairs implement a strategic learning process for the Cyber Stewards project. Joaquin holds a M.Sc. in capacity development from the University of Guelph and has more than ten years’ professional experience working in the Canadian private sector and in South America. |
