Mark Raymond joined the Center for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) as a research fellow in August 2012, where he contributes to the development and execution of CIGI’s Internet governance project. He has a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Toronto. His research interests include international relations theory, international law and organization, and international security. He is the author of recent articles in the Canadian Foreign Policy Journal and the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs.
